Getting Started

If you haven't already, create an account by clicking the "create account" link in the blue box at the bottom of this page. Once you have created your account, you can begin editing your personal main page and other pages in your personal wiki.

Alternately, if you just want to play around, try the sandbox.

Accessing your Wiki

After you login, you will automatically be taken to your main page. Alternately, you can access your wiki by going to http://wikinote.com/YOUR USERNAME. This will take you to your main page. You can access other pages in your Wiki by going to http://wikinote.com/YOUR USERNAME/PAGE NAME. Note that if you have not made a page private, you will need to log in before you can see your page.

Creating Pages

Creating pages is simple - any text placed in [[double brackets]] becomes a link to a page with that name. If you have not created that page, you will be asked to when you click the link for the first time.

Editing Pages

Click the edit page link in the lower left corner of the page to edit a page. Enter text in the box. Click Save Changes. You can use Wikipedia-style markup to format your page - see the syntax overview page for details and examples.
